The National Car Museum of Iran
January 6th, 2008
The National Car Museum of Iran opened in 2001 in Karaj which is a city about 20 km west of the capital Teran. The museum has an amazing collection of classic vehicles which were owned by the last Shah of Iran who was exciled and died in 1979. The collection includes several beautiful Rolls Royce’s including a Siver Spirit, Phantom III, IV, a Stutz Blackhawk, several Ferraris including a 500 Superfast, and 365GT BB, a Maserati Ghibli Coupe and even a Mercedes Benz 500K which was owned by Hitler . The cars were hidden underground and even pushed into water when the Shah fled Iran, they have since been found, restored and put on display.

It’s really one of the most amazing car collection in the world, because of some unique cars in this collection, such as M-Benz 500K which is the only one that remained of this kind! and it not owned by Hitler, It was a gift from him to the crown prince of IRAN the late Mohamad Reza Pahlavi. The other is Panther Lazer which The Panther has built only ONE of this type! and many others… and these cars were not hidden underwater or ground! they were in ROYAL Garage.
The Museum is not located in Karaj but it is in 11th of Karaj Special Road (Jadeh Makhsoos Karaj).
if you are interested for more info. please contact me, and please correct the aboe mentioned info.

would like to contact the museum and ask for the VIN (chassis number) of the Stutz Blackhawk.
It could be added to the Stutz registry:
